Descale and ventilate
Our machine is directly connected to mains water.
We have tried pressing the hot water button but get nothing but a slight hum. Someone suggested pump may be dead??

Hi,
I think your magnetic valve have to be replaced.
It can also be stop in the pipe to the rapid steam boiler in your machine.
