What difficulties are you having? If you have installed HTC Sybc on your PC and then connect your phone, you can go through the setup procedures to tell it you want to sync your pictures, music, contacts, calendar and so on. You have to tell it in the software what you want to synchronise or it won't do it. When you connect the phone, you must select HTC Sync and it should start copying things to the PC. When it is finished, you will have to go looking for the pictures! Mine appeared in a folder: "C:\Users\ThisUser\Documents\My Photos\Device Camera Shots\100MEDIA" which took some finding! So go into My Documents and see the folder called My Photos...have a look there.
