I own the Mintek DVD-2110 DVD player. I tried connecting a coaxial digital audio cable to the digital output on the DVD player to get 5.1 sound. There was no sound and I checked the settings on my AVR and that does not appear to be the problem. I tried the settings on the DVD player but could not find anything to turn DTS or digital sound on. Is this a settings issue on the Mintek? Do I need to change something to get the digital audio output to work? Thanks.
