I have checked at night to ensure electricity is going through as its economy 7, I spoke to dimplex and they told me to press a clip on the thermal cut out and it should make a clicking noise (which it didn't!)
any ideas what else i can try before spending a fortune on  another electrician (who was no use at all!)
