I have a Dimplex SKG20BL electric fire. The heater works, and the fire effect works. However, the flame effect cannot be switched off by the remote or by the buttons on the fire. The only way to switch it off is at the plug. As far as problems go, its nothing to worry about. I was just curious if anyone knew what had happened. Thanks!
