Diplomat integrated oven- 13amp?
Hi, i have a diplomat single integrated fan assisted oven, i had one in my old house a similar model which just plugged in by 13amp mains socket, this one has no plug on and seems to have thicker cable, can this be plugged straight in or do i need a proper cooker socket? model is AHY3601.

You need to get an electrician to wire it in to a 30amp cooker outlet. It is 30amp rather than 13amp (like most sockets). It should go to its own fuse in the fuebox
I expect that the old cooker was a gas cooker? so the electrical needs would have been small -that would be why it had a normal plug.
