Look for a crack or partially open seam in the camera housing that could be letting light in from the rear. If the housing is separating, see if it's because of a missing screw or broken tab of some sort that secures the parts of the housing. Place a piece of opaque tape (duct tape, etc.) over the affected area. REAL men only have (or need) two tools in their tool box: A can of WD-40 and a roll of duct tape. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape; if it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
I appreciate the suggestion, however in this case that did not solve the problem. There is nothing wrong with the housing. thanks anyway.I appreciate the suggestion, however in this case that did not solve the problem. There is nothing wrong with the housing. thanks anyway.
