Direct tv dvr all of a sudden won't respond to remote commands. when re-started from power it only reposnds to the first command then nothing else. Pushing the buttons on the dvr also does nothing

hey hey we must be class action by now, mine does the same thing about 6 p.m. every day? Can't get any answers from DTV, am really considering switching service.
