Directed 1100 d turns on but no sound
Ok ive got a directed 1100d amp when i turn my system on the amp powers up then clicks stays on but doesn't put out anything if you leave it on for a while it will start to reverberate through the sub like its trying to play but never goes any further can anyone give me an idea what is wrong or an idea how to fix it?

few steps to try
1) try grounding amp to a new location
(make sure the amp is grounded by itself)
2) check the power wire from the battery to the amp
3) if the 2 steps don't solve the problem try turning your amp settings down and disconnect the power wire from the amp after a few seconds reconnect the power wire and amp should reset itself.........
if this doesn't work let me know there are other tricks that can be done but these are the most common firsts to be tested (also make sure the ground wire is larger than the power wire)

no 4awg is good ........try turning the power off manualy on your deck by holding the source button down once your deck powers off ...shut the actual power off to your car wait a few minutes 2or3........start your car and hold source down to turn your deck back on..........let me know if your deck reset itself if not take a look at the rca wires running from deck to amp sometimes after hidding the wires in the car they can actully ground to the metal of your car overtime...........if these steps dont solve it let me know again hope this can fix it for ya
