Dirt does not go in the dustdup
The vaccum is picking up dirt but it is going to the upper filter instead of the dust cup. I looked everywhere and there is no blockage anywhere. Also when you take the hose apart the suction is very light. I just bought this a couple of months ago so I would not think I should have these kind of problems?

Take off the front top filter (the clear plastic peice where it says eureka) there should be two filters inside, the bit of foam and the peice it's attached to.
I clean both parts in warm soapy water and let dry, that always fixes the problem for me.
