Pull the drip tray out Whack the silver surround on the front (see photo) upwards with the heel of your palm, it clicks up and off. Remove beans lid, it clicks up when open Undo 1 or 2 screws holding beans container in Flip open or remove front top panel Undo I think 3 screws holding top cover, 2 out wide on the top front and one down a tube in middle back. Lift front edge of top cover up and wrack it about a but to release the clips Undo 2 screws at the back covered by the water tank, down tubes Remove side waste bin and sliding drawer thing Remove 2 screws from the front through to the the sides (2x total not 2 each side) Sides and back assembly now slide backwards, that's it, you are inside now.
