Dish keeps turning it self off and about 3 hours then I get a messages saying the recivers is turne off and press this button to get it back on and it does come back on thent turns its slef off again , I listean more to the TV and when I am in my office the dam thing turrns off how do I fix this prolbem ? I have unpluged it several times and it didn't help and only have one conection from the dish to the box

This sounds like it is related to your inactivity standby settings. You can resolve this by pressing menu, select preferences and the updates you can change the inactivity duration to a more suitable time frame.
