Dish500dpPLUS EXC! signal cant watch!
OK here i go. New to this fta sat deal, anyway i have to coaxes running from sat to receiver (no splitter just running to each tuner). Getting excellent signal and quality (71-73/99-100). Scan EchoStar 8,X and get a load of channels around 250-300. Then scanned echostar 7 picked some more up. then went on to do tuner 2. Only could get a couple of ppv channels and then some dish info channels. NEED HELP! I have checked out websites tried different settings and picked some up but cant view. Says either "no signal or scrambled" Oh i do have the latest USB update. What do i do next??

Have you resolved this issue and do you now have a ihub for you SV? Since they went IKS and have no stand alone fix, it is difficult to get modded signal. However they are still in the beta phase of this fix and are have some freezing issues. But is you stay with them until they fix this, the you will be fine. Another solution is the ilink or the nFusion STB's. They are proven to be stable for now. Good luck. I am currently testing ilink, nfusion Solaris Prem and HD, SV 360 & HD. Anything I say here is for testing purpose only and not meant to be a solution for a mod fix. As a FTA user, you will understand what I mean.
You need to use a sonicview splitter and then go into your settings and select proper ports.If you have 2 wires comming from i duel lnb or 2 stats then you install then in the splitter then one wire into your reciever.then you scan the sats on the ports you have them hooked on to. example echostar110 port 1 also tp setting is 12258 Then echostar119 port 2 also tp setting is 12239 then scan. Scan on autoscan. hope i helped :)
