Dishwasher activates, fills the base with water, heats, turns off. Soap remains in door..I can not hear arm moving..what would u think is the problem?

Make sure nothing is below bottom rack holding spray arm from turning..if not clean out the sump by removing lower rack ..you can open the door fast when the dishwasher is running and see if it is spraying and see how hard ..
Thanx, The spray arm has been checked. It spins freely. The filters & sump have been
cleaned. The water fills for about 60 seconds, then there is soft clicks in the control
panel.. It will empty & refill but the spray arm does not move.
