Dishwasher won't clean
I purchased a home with a 5 year old Kitchen Aid with stainless steel interior. Previous owner must've used too much detergent. The whole inside was caked with white stuff. I used a toothbrush to remove so none is visible. But, everytime I run the dishwasher, the glasses have white specks all over them and the dishes aren't coming clean. I'm not using detergent because when I open the dishwasher when it is running, I see suds!!! I've run this dishwasher over 20 times and don't know what to do to get rid of this residue/suds. HELP!

It sounds like you need to use a chemical cleaner to remove lime, or other sediment from your machine. If you go to the following web site you will see a product called dishwasher magic which will thoroughly clean it out. Use this product at least once a month to keep your problem from reoccurring.
