The display on the keypad is showing every change in the transaction. When you scan item A, then item B and then another item A, it shows the original item A, item B and then another line for item A (with a quantity of 2). This makes it look like you have 3 of item A (just on 2 seperate lines). Also, if you delete an item, it is removed on the computer screen, but not on the keypad display. Our vendor says that this is a known bug and that NCR is working on a solution. Has anyone seen this before or know how to fix it? Thanks.
