Report "Distorted sound. My computer (Dell Dim. 4100) suddenly produces very distorted sound thru speakers. I tried replacing the speakers and the problem is still there, so obviously it's not the speakers but a connection or driver or sound card. I don't know anything about the internal workings of a computer. The sound system soft ware is Santa Cruz (Turtle Beach) and usually sounds great. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled that.
