Try having the webcam connected and then powering up the system. Depending on your version of Windows and the design age of the webcam, Windows may automatically install the driver for it. During the boot, a window should appear in the lower right corner informing you that it has 'found a new device' and is installing the software for it. If it does not have the driver in its library, Windows will instruct you to insert a disc. If all else fails, you can download the required software from the Logitech website.
