Hello, I am a biomed technician and need a copy of the service manual for the 4500N. I'm having paper feed/paper jam issues with the 4500N.

Hello, try this: pull and open the refuse compartiment and look in the empty space. you will see the J9 trap. open it and look for any paper jam.
