No fuse. It has a solenoid at the starter. If your car does not crank and the battery is good with good connections, then you may have a bad solenoid or starter. With the key in start position, have someone strike the starter with a hammer. If it starts then replace the starter and solenoid. If it does not, then you may have an anti-theft problem with the ignition.
