There is a user guide on the tp-link web site. It looks as if this is just a layer-2 switch (ethernet) and there is no user configuration to enter. The IP addresses would come from another device on your LAN. A router or a server that supports layer-3 (IP) would issue addresses by running a DHCP server process on it.
