Check 2 things, first make sure that the rinse dispenser is full of "jet dry" or some other type of rinse agent. it has to have some to be able to provide a "sheeting" to allow water to drip off the dishes. the other is to make sure you are using the heat dry and your water at the kitchen faucet is above 120 degrees. no heat dry and too cold of water can cause condensation to form and keep the dishes wet.
