If dryer is heating but not drying there are two things to look for. check for air flow outside. blocked air flow will cause your drying time to be really long. the other is you may have an element that is shorted to ground. when this happens your unit is heating off half your voltage. this is something that can be detected with an ohm meter or the naked eye. unplug first.
