Hi, If the outdoor unit is running, make sure the fan is on also. If the system is new and has just been installed, it sounds like you may have a freon leak and have lost all its freon. Turn it on cool and let it run for a few minutes. Go outside and grab hold of the larger copper line coming out of the unit. It should be nice and cold and sweating. If not, and the fan and compressor are up and running, you have a leak and lost its charge. Check this and get back to me and let me know what you have found. We can go from there. Shastalaker7 PS, When these installers put these units in, they sometimes get in a hurry and there welds are not very good and will leak over time, just to let you know.
