Does not hold my names in the phonebook so when i open it again i have to put bluetooth in again and when turning off it does not say goodbye
Turn it on put in bluetooth select name does not show list to pick the name you want to talk to

In my observations it does not exactly store the names (from call log and from phone-book) but it downloads these every time when start. Thus, you should check the phone for permission ask after it starts.
Have you tried charging it fully and then reset it and at the end make sure you do the final step
