Does not show up on my computer as a removable storage item, i cannot see how to access it. it does though come up in the bottom left corner with an option to saftley remove hardware. How can I access it to download my files?

u want to know what is this solution then its about Computer Management option that is in control panel .. its easy but u jest need to read it to get how its working ..
