Does the dell 1600n have a battery?
The power just went on my printer for no apparent reason. All cables have been checked and re-checked. I have done a system restore and now am wondering if there is an internal battery that I have overlooked?

Yes a tiny one, but is only for storing time and other settings in the NVRAM.
It can not power up the printer.
