Yes it should recognize such small drive. Note that the partitions on the drive will affect how big drives are shown.
If the drive is partitioned into two 10GB parts then you should have C: 10GB and D: 10GB
Note that if the drive is partitioned not to use the full capasity then the capasity it is partitioned to will be shown instead.
Also Note that computer hard drives the capasity is not accurate presentation of the GB available. it will always be somewhat less than the reported size, for example 1000GB disk is shown as 931.50GB 500GB disk is shown as 465.76GB and so on.
