Does two 1ohm woofer = 2 ohm
I know how to drop a 2 ohm kicker to i ohm but i will get two, 2 ohm subs and i have a 3000x1 planet audio 1 ohm stable. if i drop the two kicker down to 1 ohm each will they add up too 2 ohm or remain i ohm even though it will be two subs at 1 ohm. if any one has any better suggestion help me i have yet to buy the subs...

If you buy the 4 ohm subs you can drop each of them to 2 ohm and then down to 1 ohm between the two of them. going with the 2 ohm no matter how you wire them you will either get 2 ohms 4 ohms or 8 ohms. hope this helps by the way the 4 ohm solobaric and the 2 ohm are both the same price.
Ok, I'm not sure where the 8 ohms came from, but you cannot make two DVC woofers equal 8 ohms. The problem is that you cannot get any lower than a 2 ohm load from the subs. You will only get a 1 ohm load from running two amps, one to each sub. Keep in mind, that's only IF you want to get that 1 ohm load.
