Calling the support line is useless. I know more than they do. Bypassed the safety fuse in the handle. Still just clicks at the motor end. I'm guessing something is wrong with the coil OR there is a fuse there somewhere. Given the difficulty of opening it up, I gather they didn't expect anything to go wrong with it. Well they are wrong.
