Dont know how to program
I have the owners manual. This thing is way to complicated to figure out.
What I need is EX : Step # 1 Turn on your scanner.
Step # 2 push the A button.. E T C
I would to meet the guy who wrote this thing and ask him what the heck was he thinking ?
I left it at Radio Shack Radio Shack for 3 weeks They also
gave up

To program a known frequency into the PRO-82:
1. Power the scanner ON
2. Press the PGM key
3. Enter a channel number between 1 and 200 (you might want to start with 01).
4. Enter the frequency, including decimal point (Ex: 146.26).
5. Press ENT
6. Press PGM to advance to the next channel
7. Restart at number 4 above.
