Don't know which program i can use to play and edit my Sansa e260 4gb player. and how do i add songs from the mp3 player to a sansa micro disk?

You can use windows media player.go to library tab,click on the now playing list, select sync list.drag songs which you require to the list from the library on the left side

click on start sync to send over the songs to your player
