Door hinges appear to be sprung
The door does not close completely, consequently the oven will not pre heat correctly. The switch that would be engaged by shuting the door does not engage, so the light stays on. Does that switch also effect the oven elements as well as the light?
Can sprung hinges be repaired or replaced?
Oven is only 2 years old.

Pull up alittle on door then back down to seat the hinge
unless you put something heavy on door , this should work
