The door latch will not open.   I press for it to pop open and nothing. I start a test cycle and water flows in the tub, but then only a hum and no turning of the tub as the timer counts down on the cycle.  No error message displayed.  Tried holding "delay" and "rinse cycle" as mentioned aboveto open the door and does not work.   Tried "lock" then "unlock" and does not work.  Thank you.
