Door wont close
When I hit remote, door tries to close. I hear the motor actuate and can visibly see the door "****" but chain drive seems to be stuck in place. Door move manually without a problem and in going over the chain, it seems fine. Is the problem internal?

The gear wheel powering the chain is stripped. The cogs are usually plastic and not uncommon for them to wear or break off. Replaceable item from manufacturer.
