I have two base unit and about 6 handset of DORO 5065R. I was only using one base unit and two hand set, after few years I have tried to register two more hand set , followed the procedure but failed to do so. I also tried to interchanged the batteries from the working one to the unregistered one but it seems that -both become unserviceable is there some relation to the battery to the handset? I also tried by de-registering but do not know if the manual procedure is correct R, 94 OK, code 1111 OK. I also tried to use the procedure given to me by DORO support to hold * insert battery, *#, 7337*#, R Search, OK, 1111, ok all failed.
