Downloading my pictures
Have installed the software, my computer is XP Windows etc... cannot download the pictures.
Have checked the USB driver all is ok.
The battery in the camera is ok.
There is an automatic download facility for this camera, it does not seem to work.
Assuming that I don't need to have the software disc in situ to use this facility, and that I need to switch the power on for the camera.
Can you advise me please.

Hi there? My software disc is not working and I can't download my pics on my PC. Have you foudn a solution to your problem yet? I would like to know where I could download the drivers needed to upload the pics. Thanks
