drain light comes on during cycle
Hi,
Our Miele is approx 4 years old. The intake/drain light comes on mid cycle. We initially followed directions in the manual and this did not resolve the problem. Called service guy (not Miele cause we live in Bermuda) and diagnosed that drain pump wasn't working. However when we would reset the dishwasher it would drain it no problem. Had another technician come in and he said it was the Power Control Unit. While we waited for this, my husband checked the lines to ensure no debris, etc. Everything seemed fine. Technician just changed power control unit and problem is still occuring. I called Miele directly and she suggested I check the drain hose and ensure that it is connected to the drain using a 3/4 inch coupler. I checked and it's fine. Ran the dishwasher again and still same problem. Any ideas before I kill the Technician?
