Drawer not emptying
The drawer that holds the fabric conditioner empties as it should do when wash is on but fills up with water at the end of cycle and has to be emptied each time I use which obviously is not right !

Suggest you pull the drawer right out and look for the hole in the bottom of the drawer where the conditioner is meant to drain out.
The top of this hole whould have a removable cover over it. What normally happens is that the inside of this cover gets choked with old conditioner.
Take the cover off and give the whole thing a really thorough clean with hot water and an old toothbrush.
