Dremel 395 doesn't seem to be getting any power. It's almost new
I've double-checked the plug-in--it works. I'm a pretty new home-user and don't know what else to check.

Return it for replacement. If your power source is good and you have pressed the ON switch/button and nothing works, it is likely faulty. If you are not familiar with pulling them apart, it is best not to! Seek a replacement (hopefully under warranty)
