It is normal for instantaneous electric showers to drip after shutting down. However, yours sounds as if the water stop valve is failing. You could have this replaced ( or even cleaned out, sometimes they can be affected by calcium build-up on the seal) but realistically it's probably best to consider unit replacement....15 years is an excellent service span for an instantaneous electric shower.
