Driver's seat moving on it's on and battery overcharging
It started with the drivers seat moving back on it's own and then the battery voltage going to 18 and heat shutting down when this happens.

Change the brushes behind your alternator held on with two screws part of it is a regulator it has failed so over charges the battery.
