Drivers side window wont roll up all the way but goes down normally
Its a 2002 pontiac grand am and the windows are power operated. what would be causing this would it be the window motor or another part? just dont want to buy a new motor if it is something else that would be causing it..when i roll the window up it starts slowing down about 4 inches from the top of the window then i have to go down a bit then back up then keep repeating the process to get it as close as possible to the top and it still doest go all the way up...any ideas on what would be the issue? thanks!

You need to spray window tracks with silicone lubricant once a month. Dry window track will cause circuit breaker to trip before complete window closure.
Pull door panel and look .I think it might be window regulator.the part connected to motor and glass.
Get a can of spray silicone lubricant, and using the nozzle tube, spray down the front and rear guide tracks of the window. Run the window up and down a few times to distribute the lubricant, and the window should work fine.
