Dropping a cylinder
My bike seems to run very unevenly at idle, it drops a cylinder for a few seconds then fires on both then drops again almost in a rythmic pattern, cant figure what the problem in, help needed

Sounds like it could be a bad spark plug or spark plug wires. You say you check these but with an intermittent problem, a bad plug or wire may be hard to find. You might want to replace the spark plug wires to eliminate this possibility.
