Hi we got this used from someone a few months ago. It had a broken handle when we got it and was excruciatingly loud on the spin cycles but other than that worked great. but suddenly 2 days ago it stopped working. The machine itself turns on fine but when we set it to any cycle it makes the typical start up humming noise (as if starting) but then stops. It does this a few times and then the dial marker just starts clicking around the dial endlessly until we turn the machine off. We're going to call the company today and see what they can tell us but any suggestions would be appreciated :).
