Dryer stops before time. Samsung DV219AG info code looks like t0, vent clogged. Cleaned lint screen and vent from the back of the dryer. Is there a way to clean out the entire vent of the machine

You can purchase dryer vent cleaning kits at hardware or home improvement stores. Use that to clean all the tubing and don't forget the vent door on the outside make sure it is clean and working.
PS. A buildup of lint in the vent WILL cause a FIRE.
