Dryer won't heat
My dryer does everything it's supposed to except heat. I cleaned behind the lint trap and it was pretty full. I'm thinking it might have been the cause of an overheated thermostat. I've been reading that there is a reset button, but I'm not sure where to find it. Do I have to take something off, and if so, how do I do it? Thanks, in advance! I have the same problem as address earlier. Dryer will not heat and makes a sound like the barings are going out.

Remove plugs on each side of top under lid remove 2 phillips screws lift top remove screws on inside top each corner ..front will pull forward and off look on element assembly for reset button on small round thermostat press to reset..be sure you have clean lint screen and housing behind it ckd vent to outside also element may be shorted together causing it not to shut off properly when temp is reached
