There is no reset button. The heating element is replaceable, but the most likely culprits are a bad thermal fuse or thermal switch. The timer is also a possibility.
MAKE SURE YOU UNPLUG THE DRYER BEFORE DOING THESE TESTS!!!!
If you remove the front panel, on the blower housing you should see a small white thermal fuse that looks like this:
Check for continuity between the two terminals with the wires disconnected. If this checks out you need to check the thermal switches, which will look similar to this:
