My daughter has forgot the code and answer to question to get into her game. hi my secret world dont no password or answer to question tried holding buttons down doesnt work for me what else can i do please

You have to hold down all buttons - including the L and R button - as soon as the Ubisoft icon appears on the screen. You should then get a screen asking you if you want to reset all data.
