I had a DSC system installed 2 years ago and everything is working except I have gotten a couple alarms in those 2 years generated by one of my WS-4904p motion detectors. I just checked the sensitivity setting and it is set for "slow". I have a cat that weighs about 15 pounds and she is the only thing I can think of that could be tripping the alarm. The detector is positioned in a corner pointing away from the windows. The police are not happy with me. Any suggestions other than putting tape over the motion detector to prevent it from causing alarms?
